Most of the time, to achieve greatness requires leaping into uncomfortable territory. We get so close, stand on the edge, and then fear takes hold and we climb back down. Sometimes greatness requires small leaps over time, and sometimes it requires big leaps. And sometimes, a small leap to you might be a big leap to me. 

This collection of posts will continuously grow over time, and will be a collection of leaps needed by educational leaders and those working in school safety. John will write from the school safety aspect, Heather from the educational leadership side. At times, these will be separate posts and at times they will be together.
