Company History: Established in 1986, Calvert and Associates quickly grew to become one of the largest residential appraisal firms in Indianapolis. Clients from across the U.S., as well as local firms, call upon Calvert and Associates to conduct appraisals.

We specialize in providing accurate, timely quality appraisals utilizing the latest in technology.

All appraisers affiliated with Calvert and Associates are helpful, trained professionals capable of handling the most difficult residential appraisals.

Calvert and Associates and Sentir Appraisal Services are subsidiaries of Kay-Marc Appraisal Services, Inc.

President

Donald Sentir is the President and Owner of Calvert and Associates. Mr. Sentir has been appraising since 1994. Prior to becoming an appraiser, he was a well known realtor in the Indianapolis area. Mr. Sentir is a member of MIBOR, NAR and IAR.

Over the years Mr. Sentir has established a reputation for fairness, accuracy and superior quality appraisals. This has resulted in a large client base of national companies through-out the U.S. who are/or have been referred by lenders in the Secondary Market.
